Pretty Please Boutique & Gifts does not offer credit card or cash refunds for online purchases. Non-sale items may be exchanged for other merchandise or for store credit. Store credit never expires. Sale items, accessories and intimates are final sale. No exceptions.
- • Exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with ALL tags attached and with an original store receipt.
- • Once you receive your shipment, we must be contacted regarding damages within 3 days.
- • Exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipping date.
- • Pretty Please Boutique & Gifts does not refund shipping and handling charges, exchanges included. If you are making an exchange, nominal shipping charges will be incurred.
- • Please follow the return instructions on the invoice included with your package. To protect yourself, please securely pack and insure the merchandise as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
- • If you would like to exchange an item, please call or email us to let us know what you would like to exchange it for. We will hold the item you wish to purchase, and when we receive the merchandise you had originally purchased, we will exchange the item(s).
- • We cannot accept COD returns.
- • Include the original receipt with your return.
- • Pretty Please Boutique & Gifts reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

- Your order will be filled within 1 to 3 business days and will ship United States Post Office.
- All orders over $250 receive free shipping.
- Once your order is shipped it could take 1 to 6 days for delivery depending on the delivery address.
